Diana Latona is an accomplished operations and client success leader with nearly two decades of experience supporting Founders, C-Suite executives, and fast-growing organizations. Over the course of her career, she has developed deep expertise in executive operations, cross-functional coordination, and building scalable systems that strengthen communication and streamline business performance. Most notably, during her eight-year tenure at IMAGE Skincare, Diana served as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, where she led high-level operational logistics, board and strategy meeting coordination, global travel management, VIP and stakeholder relations, and key finance and HR initiatives. Her work played a critical role in elevating organizational efficiency and supporting the company through rapid growth and evolving business needs.

Recognizing her passion for operational excellence and people-centered leadership, Diana transitioned into entrepreneurship and founded Virtually Diana, LLC, where she now partners with CEOs, physicians, and service-based organizations to enhance client experience, optimize internal processes, and ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle. She supports leaders by implementing streamlined onboarding systems, refining communication pathways, and providing strategic operational oversight that enables teams to function at their highest level.
