Most notably, during her eight-year tenure at IMAGE Skincare, Diana served as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, where she led high-level operational logistics, board and strategy meeting coordination, global travel management, VIP and stakeholder relations, and key finance and HR initiatives. Her work played a critical role in elevating organizational efficiency and supporting the company through rapid growth and evolving business needs.

Recognizing her passion for operational excellence and people-centered leadership, Diana transitioned into entrepreneurship and founded Virtually Diana, LLC, where she now partners with CEOs, physicians, and service-based organizations to enhance client experience, optimize internal processes, and ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle.
